On the Cuff : Simple and Smart Invention!

I always love writing about an entrepreneur that had an "ahhh haa!" moment and then takes the initiative to bring a solution-oriented product to market. The entrepreneur I am talking about today is Rana Bauer, creator of On the Cuff.

I have long been annoyed by the water that runs down my arms and into my bathrobe each night as I wash my face. I have recently realized that I rush through my nighttime routine because of this annoyance! I no longer have to do this thanks to On the Cuff, a brilliant product that keeps water from running down your arm. It is made of a sponge like material that soaks up the water. It is worn on your wrists while you wash your face, clean your home or as I have found...give your infant a bath.

It is quite a simple design and concept, actually. But that does not diminish how impressed I am that someone has finally brought this solution to market!

For my first test, I used my Cuffs while doing my monthly exfoliation and I found that I didn't feel rushed, or annoyed, and it was a more enjoyable experience.

After testing the Cuffs, I found that I wanted to use them for everything! I then slid them onto my wrists while bathing my three month old and again found that I felt less "rushed" since my arms stayed dry.

The marketing literature says they can be used over and over again and I believe from their durability that they will last a long time. They are one-size fits all so you can even buy a pair for dad for shaving or washing his car.

Check them out here: www.onthecuff.net. One pair retails for $7.99 on the website so they make a great stocking stuffer!
